How do I use your services?
To use our services, simply click on the "Email" icon and attach your document.  We will review your document and provide you with a quote for our services.  After your approval we will promptly perform the requested service and return the documents to you.

What is the difference between proofreading and editing?
Proofreading is a final review of your work to eliminate errors.  We will correct spelling, language usage, and grammar.  Editing combines proofreading with revision to enhance the clarity and efficiency of the document.  

Do you identify the corrections in my document?
We will return your document with all proofreading corrections color-coded and highlighted to allow easy identification of any changes.  In addition, we will provide you the completed document with all the changes incorporated and the color-coding removed.

Do you accept international business?
Yes.  We are an American based company with expertise in US business and language.  We can assist companies outside the US in preparation of documents.  

Do you provide your service to individuals?
Yes, we provide our service to individual clients.

How can I pay for your services?
We accept credit card payments.  The credit card information may be sent over our secured Internet connection or by a faxed form.  We also accept payment through PayPal.
